Deposits and Payment
The non-refundable deposit of £50 or £75 per week should be paid at the time of booking. The balance should be paid no later than six weeks in advance of arrival. We accept payment by cash or cheque only, in pounds sterling - no credit or debit card facilities are currently available. Payment for electricity used should be made on departure, where applicable.

Arrival and Departure Times
Your accommodation will be available from 1500 on the first day of your stay and we ask that you vacate by 1000 on the last day. Weekly lets generally run from Saturday [arrival from 1500] through to the following Saturday [departure by 1000].

Smoking
All of our accommodation is no smoking.

Pets
Pets can be accommodated in the self catering accommodation by arrangement.
