Ash, Birch and Rowan Cottages
These three cottages are purpose-built, situated in an elevated position on the side of Cuilcheanna Hill to give a view of the surrounding countryside. Kitchen and Dining Area
There is a spacious kitchen, fitted out with modern wall and floor units, with ample space for dining table and chairs. There is an electric hob, fan oven and grill, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and electric toaster. Cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are all provided.Living Area
The living area adjoins, furnished with a three-piece suite, dresser, coffee table, colour television set and electric fire. There are floor-length curtains to create a cosy evening retreat.Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage.Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, with a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.Bathroom
The bathroom has a modern white suite, with an instantaneous electric shower over the bath.Terrace
There is a terrace to the front of the cottage - an ideal place to sit out and enjoy the view with a drink, or even a meal.- Other Information
Each of the cottages has at least three steps up to the terrace, with one further at the front door.All windows and doors are fitted with modern double glazing to ensure efficient insulation.
Heating is provided by an electric fire in the living room, convection heaters in the bedrooms and hall, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Hot water is supplied by an immersion heater. All of the controls for these are within the cottage and electricity is charged for at the end of the rental.
